FIJI PRIME MINISTER’S VISIT TO HONIARA 6th – 8th July 2013 • Our Prime Minister will be arriving 6th July 2013. We will email the official programme as soon as it comes on hand. • Police and Military personnel will arrive tomorrow 4/7/2013 at 6:30am on a chattered flight. Our ladies are in the progress to preparing the club where they will be accommodated. If you would like to help, please call in at Rove Police Club this evening. • The “Soli” collected will go towards preparing breakfast for the Contingents tomorrow morning & also to assist on refreshment cost for the unveiling of Fiji/Solomon Monument at the Museum on Monday Afternoon around 2pm. SIFCA will be responsible for preparing Refreshment (Drinks, Fruits & Finger Foods) SIFCA ladies have been allocated on what to prepare. We kindly ask our Indo-Fijian ladies to prepare some “Samosa & Puri”for that occasion. We’ll be catering for 200 people. • SIFCA to host a dinner to welcome the PM Party plus the Military & Police Contingent on the 5/7/2013 at 5pm. Venue will be at the Rove Police Club. Fish & Kakana Dina & Fruits Urgent Task for SIFCA Members! • Assist at the cleaning up for the No 3 Cemetry, Dalgro boys are there but a lot hands is needed. • Assist with the preparing accommodations at Rove Police Club Sai Foanaota For SIFCA President
