FINALLY got my laptop back from Apple - yay!! Trying to work on the iPad Mini was a total PIA! I absolutely have to give a HUGE shout-out to Wilfried at resquoo in the North Shore Shopping Center. Resquoo (located at a kiosk near the Apple store) is certified by Apple to do data back-up and recovery, which they did for me. AND after I got my laptop back from Apple, Wilfried also detected another issue with my computer opening up in safe mode. He figured out why it was happening and even spent quite some time correcting the problem, all at no addition charge. Apple had not picked up on this problem, which has actually been causing my computer to run very slowly. (I just thought it was sluggish because I usually have so many windows open at once, but apparently that wasnt the issue at all.) So, if youre having computer (or phone) issues, or if you need any back-up or data recovery done, go see Wilfried at Resquoo. He really knows his stuff! Thanks again, Wilfried!!
