FITNESS CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT! This week, the class will be held at the tennis court at 10am. The class will be: BOOT CAMP! This is an inspirational workout that encourages participants to push their limits. Burn up to 600 calories in a single class! The class is a combination of cardiovascular exercise (interval training, obstacle courses, running) with strength elements. Challenges the body and mind, increases energy, and improves fitness level.
