**FITNESS TIP OF THE DAY** Something not a lot of people know when it comes to cardio and ACTUALLY doing it for the goal of burning fat is that it takes 20min for the glycogen to burn outta the muscles BEFORE you start burning fat....from the 20min-30min+ mark, THATS when youre actually burning fat. A lot of people will go out for a run and make their goal to run 1.5mi a few days a week, then question WHY they arent seeing any changes...well, because it takes the average person about 15-17min to run that distance, you ARENT burning fat till AFTER the 20min mark of extensive cardiovascular training #SpreadingTheWord PacificoPower Systems
