FITNESS UPDATE: So calories and composition are in the zone while simultaneously managing sodium intake goals. Sources of protein and essential fats needs to be tweaked a bit. My meal replacement bars (Clif Builder 20g) need to be replaced with real foods that have a different calorie-nutrition profile as I look to finish out my transformation. All other nutrition aspects such as total nutrition content, nutrition density, and most important for me TASTE are pretty top notch.
