FLASH FORWARD FRIDAY! Ill be taking off this Saturday to the Naples-Fort Myers, Florida with Kathy to enjoy some sun - I wish we could bring you all with us. . . Ill be back in time to catch the great rock n roll show at The Arcada Theatre on the 29th with Ace Frehley from KISS along with my good old jammin buddy Richie Scarlet. . . Next up after that we have the Blues-Bar on December 13th with so many guests that I hope I dont forget anybody. . . This is our annual Christmas/Chanukah/seasons greeting/years end excuse to get drunk party - DONT MISS IT. . . While Im on that subject, on that day, during the day, Ill be in New Lennox with my good old rock n roll mentor Dick Biondi for his annual Toys For Kids Drive which will be at the Walmart in New Lenox, Il . . Ill sit down on a chair with Ronnie Rice and well sing songs - the drive probably starts around 10AM - BRING A TOY!. Then Ill head on up to the Blues-Bar. . . The guests include, whoa, geez, Danny Baughman - Shadows guitarist on the Shake album, Patti Prendergast, Bobby Bostanche . . . Of course, we cant have a night without a Rolling Stones tribute from Bobby Koll and Chris Minardi of Hot Rocks Also, Bill Robinette will play some bass. . . You all know Bill, hes been around this area forever - before that he was with The Vogues back in the 60s. . .For all you 80s and younger ladies I have Chip Znuff from Enuff Znuff. . .There is Sarah Brook, Guitar Center female vocalist contest winner and her husband . . . Bob Blom is going to play some keyboards - you remember him from the old days - Street Kids and The Sherwin Spector Band and, more recently from the Reely Dan - Steely Dan tribute band. . .Ill be listing the stuff coming up right after the new year including the 16th and17th in Palm Springs, guest starring with The Gand Band, Tom Doody of the Shames.
