FLASHBACK CMAS Fun MTV In keeping with the spirit of the approaching Christmas Season, I will be featuring here through my facebook wall some family and group-oriented Fun MTVs of past years celebrations of the Yuletide Season and the New Year, either made and published several years back or unpublished editions, with family, friends and co-workers… While the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) had always encouraged desirable work attitudes over its more than two decades of service, it was in 2005 that MIAA undertook a deliberate and comprehensive performance based recognition activity, the MIAA Yearend Performance Awards (MYPA) that highlighted commendable work performances at the individual and group levels. To make the MYPA Awards night appealing to the predominantly young airport workforce, an immensely popular reality show served as inspiration to our own Pinoy MIAA Worker Awards, put to life all evening with a Rock Awards- themed night, complete with Pinoy rock music and live bands, presentors, either perfectly paired off or oddly so, attractive trophy ladies and TV dance veterans mixed with our own dance talents.
