Doppler radar estimated 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen across portions of winnebago county and and southwest boone county. This area of thunderstorms will continue to slowly slide southeast across portions of the advisory area...And continue to produce heavy downpours at times. * Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause minor flooding to occur...Especially along small streams and near low water crossings.
