FLU SHOT CLINIC IN HORNELL The Bath VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be holding a flu vaccination clinic on October 14, 2014 at the Hornell VFW. The clinic will be held in the Bath VAMC Mobile Clinic Van which will be parked outside of the Hornell VFW from Noon to 3:00 pm. The VFW is located at 245 Canisteo Street in Hornell. Vaccinations are available for eligible Veterans currently enrolled for care at VA. If not enrolled, this is a great opportunity to determine eligibility for care and, if eligible, receive a free flu vaccination.
