FOLLOW UP POST FROM LAST NIGHT: I cannot begin to tell ALL of you how grateful and special I feel as a result of so MANY of my dear friends taking the time to leave me a comment regarding my current medical struggles. It means the world to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart Many of you were unaware that I was critically ill for a long period of time when I had the viral encephalytsis 4 years ago, and it a pretty foregone conclusion at the time I would never recover. So looking back, it is only by the grace of God and some persistence on my behalf that I did. My history with this illness is what prompted the Doctors to do the brain scan, as it was their belief the vomiting and drop foot were related to the enceph.....So, in addition to ruling out new diseases and also wanted to determine if there was a connection. So while I am extremely grateful that my brain is fine...( some may disagree with this....lol ), I am really hoping that we can at least get the drop foot issue addressed. ( After a year, I have pretty much used to the vomiting) So now that I have enlisted all of your support and prayers I am in such a better place and so in closing thank you again so very much I was on my feet/walking all day today setting up the final antique show of the season and I can definitely tell I am more tired and sore than usual so I will limp along tomorrow and get it done. ( My Sis Rachel is helping me in the afternoon ) Bless you all Power to the people Carol
