FOOD FOR THOUGHT:Small businesses need not see other industrial players as competition all the time but strategic partners.Sometimes pooling together of resources with a peer may help you meet that big order beyond your capacity,it may help you retain that customer you had all the time but are too tight or fully booked to assist.The customer may recieve service from your strategic partner but will always remember where the referal originated,and come back to you next time. So dont be afraid to refer customers,its best they are served by someone you know than be disappointed all together or worse be lost to competition for good. Develop those strategic partnerships!!they are important!
