Hand-washing sinks must be convenient and accessible at all times. Live cockroach was observed inside cappuccino maker in self-serve display area. Spray bottles with cleaning agents must be properly labeled. Spray bottles with cleaning agents must not be stored in food-prep areas. Equipment and utensils must be washed using a sanitizing agent.
