Hours 8-3:30 Locations: Hilo 47 rainbow drive HCEOC office Pahoa-pahoa community center Naalehu-behind community center Pahala-fridays at the pahala community center Kona-74-5118 Kealakaa St, Kailua Kona, HI 96740 (next to headstart on old mamalahoa hwy by water supply road) Honokaa-at NHERC office 45-539 Plumeria St, Honokaa, HI 96727 What you need to bring: -Everyone living in the household and sharing the electric meter has to be on the application (sharing means different houses using the same electric meter) -18+ (photo id, income verification, bank statements) -all household members need social security number verifications -Recent HELCO OR HAWAII GAS bill (Can pick one to apply for) -Residency verification-proof of where you live (if in public housing, section 8 or receiving rental subsidy we will need that paperwork) if you own or not in one of those housing, we can take another bill showing your physical address. -If you have one child under the age of 5 you can bring in a birth certificate -Verification of disability -If the Utility Bill is not under your name we will be sending you with paperwork to have the subscriber sign the release form with a copy of their photo ID. LIHEAP program...is a one time credit to the utility account if you are approved which you can apply for each year.
