FOR BELIEVERS, THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE By Lakan Mariano God is our strong refuge; He is truly our helper in times of trouble. For this reason we do not fear when the earth shakes, and the mountains tumble into the depths of the sea, when its waves crash and foam, and the mountains shake before the surging sea. Psalm 46:1-3 Yes! There is always hope for believers in Jesus Christ. For them, there is no storm so fierce, no struggle so hard, no circumstance so desperate, no night so dark, that they are left flailing in the wind, separated from Gods loving protection. Jesus grace is always sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9), His compassion will never fail us, His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), we have no reason to fear because He will protect us with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10), He knows us by name (Isaiah 49:15-16), He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7), we are secure in Him (Romans 8:28-30), the darkest of nights will never obscure us from His sight (Psalm 139:11-12), He takes such great delight in us that He sings over us (Zephaniah 3:17), He loved us (1 John 4:10), He loves us (Psalm 36:5), and nothing, absolutely nothing in this world--visible and invisible, no power, no circumstance, no person, no group, no circumstance, nothing--can separate us from the love of God that is Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35-39). Yes, there is always hope for believers. Because Jesus is real. He is more real than anything you are facing. He is bigger than any of your problems. If we can trust Him for our eternal life, we certainly can trust Him for the day-to-day things we face. We may not know our tomorrows, but we know Who is in charge of our tomorrows. Jesus. God. Savior. Lord. Beautiful King Jesus!!!
