FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PREMIER POOLS & SPAS CONTINUES NATIONAL EXPANSION Five Builders join Number One Ranked Pool Company in the Country SACRAMENTO, CA – June 7, 2013– Premier Pools & Spas, the largest and fastest growing swimming pool company in the country, has added five more locations to their growing list of licensees. Jeff and Mike McGalliard, of JMK Pools, Inc. in Souderton, PA, a family-owned business since 1968, became a licensee earlier this year. In addition, Vitaliy Shavlovskiy, of Victory Construction, LLC, a pool builder in the Portland, OR area and Scott Laing and Jason Swallow with Select Pools & Spas, LLC in Boise Idaho, were added to the growing list of western state licensees. The Premier Pools Florida expansion continued with Joe White, owner of Backyard Resorts Pools & Spas, Inc. and formerly with Blue Haven Pools, securing the licensee territory of St. Petersburg/Tampa in April. “I have been following the success of Premier Pools and Spas’ licensees for a while and having personally known Bob Mueller, their licensee in Sarasota and seeing his growth, I knew it was time to try to get on board.” The selection process for new licensee consists of a comprehensive background check and several inquiries to local vendors and distributors, as well as previous customer and personal references. “We have a very strong, tight knit group of licensees who all share the same core values and work ethic, “said Paul Porter, CEO of Premier Pools Management Corp. and licensor of Premier Pools & Spas locations. “Everything is about protecting our brand and the reputation that we worked hard to build in the last 25 years. We have to make sure that everyone who comes on board mirrors our standards and has the same commitment to excellence.” Porter found those traits in Terry and Kent McGee, his latest licensees in Little Rock, AK. The McKees, a husband and wife team formerly with Elite Pools by Scott in Little Rock, were going to branch out on their own when Terry found information about Premier Pools’ licensee program when she was researching opportunities to join a buying group. “I had heard about Premier Pools and recognized their name from the media but wasn’t sure if they would give us consideration to become a licensee since we were just starting off in our own business,” said Terry McKee. “When I called and spoke to them, they assured us that they were not necessarily looking for the largest builders, just builders that were like the rest on their team.
