Wilbur is a stocky built boy with a long thick mane and a tail that almost drags the ground. This guy has real nice smooth gaits, and a rocking chair lope. Wilbur is just as content to walk on a loose rein as he is to gait. Just look at all 22 of Wilbur videos you can see him walking in a river, playing with the tarp, fooling around with ATV, and mounting, saddling and bridling him. Wilbur stands nice to mount has a great temperament and is easy to catch in the pasture. Wilbur has no vices no kicking, bucking, biting, cribbing or weaving. Wilbur is just one of those real nice horses that seem to be rock solid a big lover and likes attention. Wilbur has very nice ground manners lead great and will fallow you around when he saddles. Wilbur has been camping stands nice on a picket line he has be ridden with non-gaited horse and he walks right along at the same speed. Wilbur rides off great alone he is not a spooky horse rides fine in new places with new things, may stop and look but that is it. Take Wilbur out with gaited horses and he right there staying with the fastest of them . Wilbur is set in his gait you do not have to know how to set the gait with Wilbur when he is asked to go faster he goes into his gait. Wilbur loads right in the trailer for that camping weekend or the day ride. Does well with his hoofs for cleaning and trimming. He rides great with other horses, front, middle or brings up the back he does not care. Not getting hot and dancing around if he riding dead last that just fine with Wilbur.
