Starting October) -MMF(Master of Mathematical Finance) Seminars(Starting November) Recruitment Criteria Department: Technical Technical Department is not an isolated department. Executives of this department are free and even encouraged to help out those from other departments when assigned jobs are completed. We are mainly looking for photographers and webmasters, but applicants with other technical skills are very much welcome to apply. Job Responsibilities: Photographer: • Attend all FORMS events, capture* and process images. *Note: Experiences in photography are recommended. Webmaster**: • Consistently maintain and update FORMS website. • Make improvements on the current webpage layout, brainstorm and implement new ideas on the website. *Note: Skills in webpage design and development are required!!! Department: Marketing Job Responsibilities • Carrying out initial event proposals and marketing strategies. • Designing and composing promotional materials* (Posters, etc.) • Updating Facebook and social media status on a regular basis. *Note: Photoshop skills or other graphic design skills are highly recommended Department: Public Relations We highly value our connection with the university and professional industries. Executives of Public Relations Department are responsible for maintaining existed connections and are ready to build new ones at any time. Job Qualifications and Requirements • Strong work ethics and communication skills. • Outgoing and eloquent. • Past event hosting or public speech experience serves as bonus. • Applicants who have had employment experience in financial institutions are highly regarded. Job Responsibilities • Host events and seminars • Contact the university and other student associations/clubs/student unions. • Plan, organize and conduct sponsorship negotiations. • Attend meetings on behalf of FORMS and deliver public speeches. • Actively keep in touch with industrial professionals. Department: Events and Operations Executives of Event and Operations Department are responsible for implementations of ideas and plans for each event. Job Responsibilities • Composing written materials, group emailing and etc. • Detail planning and anything related to event or project implementations.
