FOSTER FEATURE: Beautiful Nala is heart worm negative and thought to be between 1-2 yrs old. She was found as a stray mid-May and has been hanging out in a foster home since then. Her foster dad says, She has lots of energy and would make the perfect addition to an active family! She gets along well with my labs, but is definitely the dominant one. With the Houston heat, she will need to be an inside dog and really she wouldnt have it any other way - she absolutely LOVES people and I mean ALL people. We are working on crate training her and she is beginning to get that down. She will happily go for a run with you and then take a dip in the pool upon returning home. She is good on a leash and if you have a treat in hand, Nala will sit and even speak. She makes every step I make and will lay down at my feet to relax. She is not a watch or guard dog because she doesnt bark but she will howl with delight when you return home from being gone.
