FOUR PEOPLE CHARGED WITH ROBBING VICTIM AT GUNPOINT Four men were arrested and charged with robbery. Roane County authorities were notified by 911 Dispatch that four suspects had robbed a man in a vehicle. One reportedly stole cash from his pocket while another man put his arm around the victim’s throat and held a gun to his head. The men then grabbed a Burton Brand backpack containing a laptop and other personal items. The men were identified as traveling in a silver car, which was later stopped by deputies on Oberry Rd. The victim was then transported to the traffic stop and positively identified all four suspects. The backpack was also recovered inside the suspect’s vehicle. Chad Ray Burgess, Madison Rhea Bolden, Darian Blake Julian and Carrie Watson were all taken into custody and transported to the Roane County Jail.
