FOX56 News First at 10 Update: Eric Matthew Frein of Canadensis has been charged with the murder of one state trooper and the attempted murder of another. He is 31 years old, white, 165 pounds, 61 tall and had blue eyes. He is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous, State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan said in naming the suspect.
