FQ: Hello! I am 9 weeks & 4 days with my first. Ive had pretty normal symptoms like morning sickness, fatigue, and terribly achy boobs. Recently Ive been getting this crampy feeling in my lower left abdomen. Its more pinching than a period cramp. I havent been spotting or anything, but the pain is bad and makes it hard to breathe. Im wondering if its just gas or something or what. Anyone else have a similar issue at this point in pregnacy? ~12
