FQ: Hi, I am 34 years old and 32 weeks pregnant with my fourth child. My first three pregnancies were pretty easy (as easy as they can be of course), but this one is just awful! I have upper and lower back pain so bad I throw up, I have zero energy, I am having disturbing nightmares that make my day worse, I have horrible cramps from scar tissue from previous sections, and I am just totally depressed and miserable! I feel so bad all the time that I am finding it impossible to properly care for my three children (all under 5). When they cry or ask for something I almost feel bitter towards them because all I want to do is sit. I feel guilty about this because they didnt have anything to do with me deciding to get pregnant. My husband does not understand at all and expects me to be normal and just gets mad when I try to say I cant. I have spoke to the doctor and they say pretty much, sorry thats being pregnant, and I have no friends or family to help. Has anyone been in this situation and how did you get through it and not be the worst Mom in the world? Thanks so much!!!!!
