FQ: OK so I went to the doctor today for my 36 week check up. Aside from baby measuring bigger than normal all went well. Well when my doctor checked to see if baby was head down or not, he found that baby was head down but face up. He seemed concerned at that point in time and we set up an induction date. What dose it mean if baby is face up? Or what issues could be caused during/ after birth due to baby being face up? Also today we discovered I am anemic.... any home helps aside from iron pills? ~4
