FQ:Please do not post my name just as a FQ please... A couple of weeks ago my daughter who is 6 went to visit her dad for a week ( only the second time she has ever done this) while there her stepmom dropped her off with someone I do not know and she was bitten by their german shepard noone told me until later in the evening and told me it was just a small scratch . Well I picked her up a few days later and noticed the entire left side of her face was briused and the dog bite through her ear. I took her to the doc. And was giving meds. The doctor called DHS because in our state you must report a dog bite on any human. They came to my home for inspection and asked tons of questions . I was cleared and my home proved to be clean stable and safe. Well apparently the fathers home was also inspected and social services told me not to allow my child to go back ( thank goodness) my problem is dad and stepmom blame me and I didnt do anything wrong I simply seeked medical attention. This is so stressful because all I want to do is protect my child and they are angry because their home is unfit. How would you handle this? RP::Tara
