FQ and prayer request: PLEASE HELP! Im a ftm with a beautiful 5 week old baby girl. At her appointment today, I was informed that her heel prick test from the hospital when she was born came up positive for cystic fibrosis. I have to go out of town to get a chloride sweat test done on her. Im so overwhelmed. Both my family and her fathers family have no history of cystic fibrvosis. So I really dont understand why it came up positive.. Have any other moms gone through a similar situation? Did the heel prick come up positive and the sweat test negative for anyone? Please, any advice or prayers would really help! ~5
