Fun times at #training of late!!! Heres my top tip for strength training in winter, stay warm in between sets!!!! That is correct put on a jumper, use some pants or clothes etc as a blanket, when sitting and resting between your heavy sets of squatting etc. This will help to keep your body temp up, which is super important for lifting. Todays vid features some more of our accessory exercises!
