FRANKS LEFTOVER CHEESY BACON BROCCOLI SOUP INGREDIENTS -Left over broccoli -Milk or heavy cream -Ground Ginger or whatever spices that are in your cabinet -Cheese. Any kind in the fridge. -Bacon -Sour cream INSTRUCTIONS: Put leftover already cooked broccoli in a pot. (Theres always leftover broccoli. You will not have any problem finding any). Add Milk or heavy cream to pot. (Heavy cream is always better but who has heavy cream in their fridge?). Cook on high to a boil. (Be careful that the milk does not heat too fast and explode. It will. I know.) Put in blender and blend. Put back into pot and put at lower heat. Add any kind of cheese you have in the fridge. Also add spices. While soup is simmering, cook bacon in other pan. Be sure to enjoy the bacon aroma. Enjoy it. It’s lovely and will make your day. When bacon is done, let dry and then crumble and add to soup. Put soup in bowl. Add 1 or 2 scoops of sour cream and find some left over chips in a bag that have probably been there a few days cuz there was a barbecue the other day and there’s always a few chips left. Enjoy! And you can feel good that you have not thrown out the broccoli or that it does not sit in the fridge for 2 weeks in the back of the fridge where it starts growing mold but it’s hard to tell cuz it’s already green.
