FREE BEER for stories **Tentative date Dec 13th** Im looking for local vets, of any age, that would be interested in telling a war story on camera. It can be dark, it can be up lifting, it can have a message, it can be whatever you want it to be. I cannot guarantee Ill use it, but Id like to set up a get together to tell some stories. One catch is the story has to be 100% true, and your story. If I select you to tell a story I will invite you, along with some other vets to come tell the story to a small audience. The audience will be invite only so you dont have to worry about lib hippies trying to start shit. It will be a receptive audience. This will be somewhat informal. If you would like to come listen to the stories you will be providing the beer. You are required to bring a 6 pack of beer or purchase a ticket (8 bucks) to offset the cost of the event and the free beer for the story tellers. This first event I will likely hold in my own personal home. So if you live near me, or are willing to make the drive to Eugene, contact me by private message to give me your number. If you want to tell a story I will listen to it and let you know if I think its appropriate. For the get together Id prefer that we save the hookers and blow type stories for after the cameras are off.
