FREE INSULATION & Boilers FOR HOMES IN MIDDLESBROUGH FREE home insulation and FREE Boilers are up for grabs in Middlesbrough. With winter just around the corner, it’s a great opportunity to get prepared for freezing temperatures and the possibility of snow. Funding is available to enable installers to offer free wall and loft insulation to privately owned and privately rented properties across the town for a limited period only. There are no restrictions related to benefit or age. For those on certain state benefits and who are home owners or rent their property from a private landlord, funding is also available to replace old, inefficient boilers with free new A-rated boilers.
