Greetings: I will again render free legal aid via free legal advice as a public service to all of you today, October 12, 2014, from eight in the morning to two in the afternoon, and from three in the afternoon to nine in the evening, These will be the twenty eighth and twenty ninth sessions and/or Sundays that I will be holding this for and in the name of BINBANPANG! In order to facilitate a systematic exchange between anyone of you and myself, I wish to suggest the following processes and structures. 1. Please submit to me your legal issue via a private message, that is, please send a private message to me and tell me what your problem is. Better still, you may type your legal problem or concern in Office Word form, attach it to the private message board, and send to me. You may post your legal issue or concern publicly if you wish so. And it will mean that you will allow me to also post my advice or answer publicly unless I still deem it appropriate to answer you via a private message. After receiving your message or posting, I will immediately give my answer or advice. However, if my stock legal knowledge fails me, I will tell you that I will research on the subject and send to you my answer, privately or publicly as the case may be, within twenty four hours from the time that I receive your message or posting. Also, even if my stock legal knowledge can immediately address or respond to your question or query but it will take long for me to answer, I will likewise answer you via a private message within 24 hours. I opt for the latter so that I can accommodate as many questions as I can within the stated twelve hours. 2.
