In the app, they must jog in place, jump, and turn to make their character play the game, gain points, power ups and more! When they get stuck, they just take a break and hear fun facts about staying healthy. I adore this app, and it is a fanatic idea from the NFL and the American Health Association. Also, there are resources in the secured parent section as well as ideas for staying active, organised by indoor and outdoor, and the number of people participating. There are no ads, links, or IAPs, only a terms of service agreement (due to the encouragement of physical activity in the app).
