So in other words everything was prepaid for the people and dividends would be paid to the people from the sales of our resources or the money generated from monetizing everything including our life necessities such as water and electricity. Those invoices you receive in the mail every month for all utilities are a record of “dividends” that they are supposed to be paying the people meaning “you”. Instead they have been robbing our bank accounts via the Birth Certificate name because if they own it, they own everything by our signing for it. So this means of theft under “Law” is called, “Identity theft and FRAUD!! Which makes each and every one that ask for your name either verbally or to sign on a commercial (money contract) document “personally liable.” Your evidence is your Birth Certificate so do not dispose of it!! The consequences are they have to pay back “damages to you” and ten years in prison. Now, your safe, non-harmful recourse is to let them know that you know what they are doing and what you are now going to do, then start your process of making them accountable via: #1, Charges of, Identity Theft “ and “Fraud”, call a policemen to your home or go to a magistrate at the court house and make charges. If he or they do not proceed to arrest, (which I believe is a lie) charge them with obstruction of justice. # 2, Courtesy Notice, serve to the police as well as the offender who is unwittingly aiding theft upon you, which gives those you want to educate of your rights an opportunity to Cease and Desist or suffer the consequences. Filed upon Court Record claiming all property loss and damages you want paid, which ruins their credit, causes job loss, an inability to do business or buy and sell property. You never have to enter their court and if they refuse to file your claim on court record you are to post the Notice of Commercial Lien by means of newspaper, internet, word of mouth or whatever, just so long as you expose them and make them accountable. The Commercial Lien cannot be removed by anyone but you. It is to be served upon anyone invading upon your personal space “who is in violation of your liberty, property or physical body. Such as withholding of: Health Care Benefits, Social Assistance, Employment Insurance, Compensation and any and all medical treatment. Attempted theft of any of your property or actual theft of property including collections of money in any form such as unlawful harassment via phone, door to door solicitation or mail. There are no statutes or Limitations on this crime against you. The offender is 100% liable for their actions and it is your duty to make it so.
