B Co has blocked off time during the workday on Thurs, Oct 17th for you to get the BOD POD Testing/Metabolic Testing. The Bod Pod is a REALLY accurate testing of your body fat percentage! Only 34 slots are available for the B Co testing that will be done on Oct 17th - so be sure you come to the meeting and sign up for the time that works best for you (and your spouse).
