FRIDAY Morning Fit Club! The penultimate session for the Year was small but tough and these dedicated fitclubbers will be enjoying the after effects of the HITT metabolic boost! As we finish off the year dont let all your hard work go to waste! Remember try keep active for at least 20 mins per day! ( even if that means carrying your last minute Xmas shopping bags instead of pushing them in a trolly!) Also ensure you eat lots if fibrous vegetables to help counteract all the sugary drinks and baked goods! If carrying a stick of broccoli in your bag is not ideal then ask your coach about Fiber and Herb tablets or Lipobond from Herbalife! A great convenient way to keep blood sugar levels in check as well as avoiding bloat and absorbing and trapping excess fats. Lastly stay Hydrated, but go easy on the sugary and sweetened drinks as well as crabonated refreshments. Many of these drinks pack empty calories which really adds to excessive weight gain over the festive season and do little to hydrate our cells! It is summer and the weather is warm as a result we naturally perspire more so make sure that you keep hydrated!
