FROM: Lawrence Tasker Thank you T MOBILE for your outstanding customer service, daughter had her mobile stolen, informed TM who blocked it. They then charged her £10 for a new sim card (must be clever to work without a phone) told her she would have to pay the remainder of her contract (14mths) great considering she has no phone, and if she wanted a replacement phone it would cost her £440. Well done T Mobile nice to see you are looking after your clients, your customer service is non existent you are obviously only interested in making an obscene amount of profit, another greedy, money grabbing big company ripping people off.
