FROM THE EDITORS DESK...StudentsVoice IMSU My dear Imo stars,this message goes to the newly admitted students..I would undoubtly agree with you that your joy has known no bounds ever since majority of you got admission.I come to school everyday and I see some of you going through clearance and all that and indeed gladens my heart. Now I just want to take this time to give you a tip of what youre about to face as you step into the citadel.As you must have heard in the past,IMSU is a flexing school,you dont have to read much just buy textbooks and you will pass The very application of this idealogy will be the begning of your failure. The first year you will spend in this school will be the best and worst year of your life,you will be pushed to the breaking point,some of you will break,some will transfer departments when the pressure becomes unbearable,some might even drop out(Godforbid sha).But if you can make it through then you would have proven yourself worthy an imo star. Dont joke with lectures,Dont joke with assignments.dont sayI will relax in my year1 and get serious in year3start now to build the future.. As year one students so many lies will be sold to you by your seniors and other external bodies.Dont buy them.ask questions before you do anything or buy or pay for anything..when you strive for a higher GP in your first two years,believe me you will relax for the next year.I dont need to tell you to beware of bad gangs..dont be the dullard of your class.you will be mocked.dont be the over sabiyou will be criticized,Dont sabotage your coursemates,be a part of the community, Before you step in for the proper learning process,decide how you want your four years in the institution to look like,create a plan and follow the plan let it be your platform., dont treat issues like missing script with low regard,every carryover should be written the upper year dont wait till final year before you write it,please I beg you..even though I dont pray for anyone to have carryover..And lastly dont be too much of a bookworm,you should have a social life..all work and no play....flex and enjoy what IMSU has in store for you but Dont for get the reason youre here...Once again I welcome you all..IMO STRESS UNIVERSITY...ENJOY!!!
