If youre up for speed or racing, this bike is already set up for you at the get go. I only managed to upgrade a few bits (Crank, Chain, Shortened Stem Post, Bar Extender, Pedals) because as I used this bike I began to understand that this was intelligently put together by its developer, so why fix it when it aint broke? as they say. Every bit has been well thought of, with speed, reliability and style in mind. The changes I made are more in line with lightening, Stance & Posture Fitment, and yes to further maximize its Speed potential! But dont worry, I am still including the original parts that I replaced if you want to bring it back to stock, plus some more freebies. I have nothing but high praises for this head turner of a bike. Its the highest variant in Dahons Vector class. It is the brain child of now Tern EVP Joshua Hon before he left his Dad at Dahon, thats why you will see a lot of Tern technologies and design cues in this version of the Vector X27H. Notice why the current x27H look slightly different (a more ruggedly angular frame with revised Dahon frame hinges)? Well according to forums and enthusiasts its supposedly because the the patent belongs to Josh and he took it with him to Tern, so Dahon revised the frame. Having said that, this design is arguably a precursor to the Tern look. Compare and youll see the design cues. I am selling this bike because I need to focus first on my other hobby. The SRP for this bone stock is 72k plus (I still have the ROX price tag); $1799 in Nycewheels. With all the upgrades, included original parts stored, and freebies; I am only asking for 55k.
