FULL CARLISLE INFORMATION. PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY. Departure will be at 1:00 PM on Friday. We will meet in the union at our normal meeting site. Obviously we arent going to leave without anyone, but please try not to run late so we can leave on time. Im not going to assign car seats; we can handle whos driving with who on the day of. (I call shotgun in Petes car.) I would like for us to have a group dinner on Friday and Sunday night. Friday might be difficult because of the blitz tournament. If anyone has ideas for a restaurant, please let me know. Hotel assignments are as follows. I figured ratings were the easiest way to split us up. Room 1: Dave, Pete, Thuc Room 2: Drew, Ben, Michael Porcelli Room 3: Alex, Jeremy, Tian Obviously Maria will be in a room by herself - I will be calling the hotel today to downgrade that room to a 1 bedroom since Amber dropped out. For those going to mass on Sunday: Im leaving Dave in charge of that. You MUST be in your seats and ready to play by 9 AM. You will also want to factor in some time in case there are traffic issues. And finally, clocks will be moving forward one hour between Saturday and Sunday. Plan accordingly!
