If your photograph features any person or people, they should be aware they were being photographed and permission should be obtained from all involved for their photograph to be submitted in the competition. If it is clear that the people are not aware of their picture being taken or are embarrassed in any way in any entry we receive, MyKerjaya reserves the right to disqualify your entry. 2. MyKerjaya’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained nor entered into in relation to the competition. 3. MyKerjaya will make all reasonable effort to contact the winner who will have one month from announcement to claim the prize. 4. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be changed. MyKerjaya reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or entrant which, in the opinion of MyKerjaya, is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who has, in the opinion of MyKerjaya, engaged in conduct in entering the competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of MyKerjaya. This includes, but not limited to, entrants and households using multiple accounts.
