FUNAAB Post Utme 2014: Cut Off mark, Exam Date, Registration Details____________Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB Post Utme 2014 Screening details has been announced. All applicants seeking undergraduate admission into 100 Level in the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) are hereby invited to apply on-line for the 2014/2015 Admission. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS The applications must be from suitably qualified candidates who have chosen the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) as First Choice University on the prescribed form obtainable from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and also scored 200 and above in the UTME. Applicants must also possess minimum entry requirements of five (5) O’ Level credit passes in relevant subjects at one or two sittings in SSCE/ GCE/NECO and fill in the same results on-line. Admission into Agriculture, Engineering, Natural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Courses; In addition to scoring not less than 200 marks in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), candidates are expected to posses five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings. A Pass in Physics at O-Level is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes. A Pass in Biology with credit pass in Agricultural Sciences is acceptable ONLY for courses in Agricultural Programmes. The University does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology. Candidates applying for Water Resources Management should also possess a credit pass in Geography. Admission into Management Sciences Courses; Candidates are expected to possess credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and two other Social Sciences subjects from Geography, Accounts, Government, Business Studies and Commerce at not more than two (2) sittings. Note: Applications for refund on losing admissions offer will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of candidates to ensure they meet the minimum admission requirements before making payment for acceptance of admission offer. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Eligible candidates are to access the FUNAAB Admission Portal via admission.unaab.edu.ng/login.php and enter their JAMB Number to generate and print their Registration Invoice stating their Reference Number and other information on payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) only exclusive of Bank Charges. Candidates should proceed to any of the listed banks (nationwide) on the print-out of the Registration Invoice and make payment of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) exclusive of Bank Charges using the Reference Number. Ensure the bank posts the payment through the appropriate channel to reflect instantly on FUNNAB’s Admission Portal otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your application. After payment at the designated bank, candidates are to proceed to FUNAAB Admission Portal and complete the e-application form. Candidates are required to upload their Bio-Data, O’ Level results and UTME result or OND/HND/ NCE result (where applicable) and a recent coloured passport photograph (not more than 6 months old). On uploading of all required details, candidates are expected to first preview and confirm entries before clicking on Submit on the acknowledgement page. Candidates should thereafter print out the Application Form displaying your passport photograph. Correction of uploaded data attracts a correction fee of N1,000 as penalty and can be effected online via admission.unaab.edu.ng/ correction.php. Candidates who up-load wrong Bio-Data, O’ Level results and UTME/OND/HND/ NCE results will be automatically disqualified. SCREENING DATE & DETAILS The Post-UTME Screening is Computer Based. The Screening will hold on Wednesday, 31st July 2014. Candidates are to check the FUNAAB Admission Portal a week before the screening day to verify their venue and examination time. Candidates are advised to undertake the screening test ONLY ONCE. APPLICATION CLOSING DATE The application closes on Wednesday 30th July, 2014 (12noon).
