Tagaytay City is a fast growing retirees haven and tourist destination because of the following reasons (Please see more information about Tagaytay City at the internet): a. Cool climate even summer and beautiful scenery. b. Closeness or proximity to Manila (50 km. distance). c. Good peace and order situation, and living facilities (such as water supply, electricity, market, schools, transportation, etc.) d. No air & noise pollution like Manila & other cities. 3. Our nursery is located at Barangay Anuling Lejos 1, Mendez, Cavite, Philippines along Alfonso-Tagaytay Road (near Mendez-Tagaytay boundary) Malunggay particularly the leaves contains all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs to maintain its health and strength. It was also found/discovered that malunggay can prevent 300 kinds of diseases. Guyabano is found to be a more effective treatment for cancer than chemotherapy because guyabano leaves tea and fruits remove/eradicate only the cancer cells, aside from many other vitamins and minerals that the fruit contains. 4.
