FURIOUS beyond words! NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS if u want it delivered n a timely manner. My appliances for my kichen, which were purchased n November have still not arrived. After multiple postponements, they were scheduled to b delivered last Wednesday. They canceled at the last minute. Instead of rescheduling for the next day, I had to wait another week. I was assured my delivery slot would b between 8 and 10 am. Then Im notified that they wont b delivered until a two hour window of 3 to 7 pm, which is a FOUR hour window! Scheduled installers for the second time, who will now b twiddling their thumbs for the day. So mad and u get no where with these people. They r foreign and repeat by rote the same sentence back to u no matter what u say to them, I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do. Ewwww! I could bite their head off and spit out the pieces.
