The schedule for these positions is based on our project load, so if we have several projects to complete in a given week, we will schedule staff for as many hours as they are available. The primary responsibility of this position is to handle the details so that our clients and participants are happy and productive during their visits with us. Other responsibilities include: *Preparation of client suites, reception, and facility for client visits *Check-in clients and participants and handling requests *Ordering, setup and clean-up of catered food for clients and participants *Provide general administrative support including the management of incoming calls, greeting visitors, preparing materials and packages, and other administrative tasks as assigned Hours: Flexible morning, daytime and nighttime hours on weekdays. Availability during all parts of the day preferred. Compensation: Hourly rate starts at $10 and is negotiable based on experience. Recruiter Do you enjoy talking to people on the phone as a primary part of your job? If so, you may be a good fit for our Recruiting team. A Recruiter is primarily responsible for contacting consumers by phone and screening them to participate in paid research studies. Responsibilities may also include assisting with the implementation of taste tests and other projects, including preparing or serving test products. Hours: Flexible weekday hours typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm, occasional evenings are required. Compensation: The base wage is $10 per hour with a bonus per recruit. Hourly rates with bonus vary from $12.00 to $17.00+ per hour with the average bonus in the middle of that range. Project Assistant An entry level positon, this team member is primarily responsible for setting up participant rooms for taste tests, focus groups and other research projects. Responsibilities may also include making reminder calls to participants who are scheduled for research studies, assisting with the setup and wrap up of taste tests and other projects, and assisting with the implementation of projects including preparing and serving test products.
