Compliance of the Law Even though the FDA defines the laws for food labeling, it does not keep watch over the manufacturers to determine whether or not they follow the labeling laws. - WHAAAAA!!!???? - Yep Yep. Aint nobody got time for that! Checkin on them labels are ya!? You just done wasted your time!!!! Cuz just cuz it says its there dont mean it its in there! And then it says...... This job is entrusted to the state agencies that ensure the compliance of these laws with the help of inspectors. However, many food manufacturing industries follow the self-regulation policy and comply with the rules of their own accord. - Do you trust!??? So. Herbalife guarantees you quality. Whats on the label is whats in the container. But how about that cheap brand you just got at your grocer.... like ANY label. ANY food. Hm? uh huh. Just what I thought. YOU DONT KNOW. That sucks.
