FYI: I was recently engaged in a conversation with a investigator...who proceeded to explain jurisdictional boundaries...things that needed clarification, ....however, he then went on to define the different type of law and what his agency was limited to? and that was all fine. However, I had to interrupt him and clarify the instant case at hand....and inform him that In this country, all that we basically have is CONTRACT LAW...how so...because the law agencies can only prosecute what is written in statute only! and everything else is either a contract issue, as in foreclosures to any civil case, where again....statutory language controls! In Constitutional issues,...the Controlling implied Constitution controls, and trumps unconstitutional attempts to undermine it! The BEDROCK STATUTE ! OUR U.S.CONSTITUTION AND ALL OF ITS FORETHOUGHT & PROTECTIONS! The framers were very wise! GOD BLESS AMERICA!
