FYI-Please, it is Tuesday, March 26, 2014, lol as somehow when purchased the iPhone 5 back on September 14, 2012, it was input into the system that I was on a 2 Year Contract when that was not TRUE as that was when the youngest biological sister now Mrs. Reid Leary, Andrea Laverne stated when I asks her if I could use her upgrade as her husband did not want an iPhone and was not going to use her upgrade and she said that she is getting ride of the iPhone. Interesting there was no care that I PAID ALL the COSTS for her back SPRINT BILLS and BREAK CONTRACT FEE and GOT HER all the iPhones that she had. lol as so long as I AM PAYINGl the siblings, as well as the mother Reid gladly TAKE and then when ask to take financial responsibility state, I did not ask for it in the first place. I simply CANCEL and pay what fees and they can have what the product. IT took some doing and a lot of patience as had to deal face to face and voice to voice with an AT&T Agent who tried to pull of being pleasantly RUDE but was miserable failure. Long story SHORT, got corrected what was noted i the AT&T Digital System wrongly noted that I was on contract and not eligible for an upgrade. Long story shorts, was told that the AT&T system would not allow shipping to a P.O. Box nor allow shipping to the AT&T retailer located between 145th street and 146th Street on Broadway. It was further disclosed that needed a physical address to ship the iPhone 5S, Gray color chosen and gave Mamas address of 611 W 148th Street and although have a permanent change of address in, the product will still be delivered to the Post Office which is located on 146th St between Broadway and Amsterdam. SO incredibly TIRED as this TOOK a lot of ENERGY and DO NOT THINK had anything to EAT so MUST EAT. There are KIND SOULS who are BELIEVERS. I am INSULTED and DO NOT LIKE being CONFUSED. Understand as so BUSY but STILL CHOOSING TO MOVE FORWARD.
