FYI (Spoiler alert for those who have not seen the new X-Men movie!) I was telling my mom a story this morning.....one of those only us old folks would understand the joke stories. I was telling her about seeing the new X-men movie and in particular when Logan wakes up in the 1970s......and the first thing he sees is a lava lamp. What made me laugh is what happens next.....when Logan is startled when he wobbles slightly in what is revealed to be a water bed. I was the only person that laughed at that.....but then I am a good twenty years older than everyone else who was in the theater! I swear it was the exact same water bed my parents had when I was like 7 or 8! What would have really been funny is if Logan looked down to see a glowing blinking red flower in his palm! That would have been an awesome plot twist!
