The Payroll Manager oversees a shared service payroll department which provides payroll services to the company and its subsidiaries. He/she is responsible for ensuring accurate calculation of all elements of compensation for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring timely payment of compensation and payroll taxes, and working seamlessly with the HR department to provide best in class service to all employees. In addition, this position works on much needed systems enhancements to include the HIRIS/ADP interface and ADP self-service functionality. In this role you will be accountable for: Manage the ADP Payforce software and provide payroll services Serve as a liaison to ADP. Responsible for all aspects of internal control procedures related to role. Responsible for relationship with HR teams in White Plains and in the plants. Coach and develop direct reports. Provide expertise related to employment tax laws in all states in which business is conducted.
