FYI: since our page has seen a substantial increase in likes over the holidays, I wanted to take a moment and push props toward SWA. I got completely screwed over on my flight from San Diego to Little Rock due to mechanical issues with the plane. Not only did SWA apologize time and again, they sent a manager down to greet me, paid for my room and meals for a night (in a nice hotel in San Diego), and gave me $1,200 in flight vouchers (on a $900 ticket). If you want to know what customer service looks and feels like, fly SWA. The cattle herding on board kinda sucks, but for $73 flights and great customer service, I fly them almost exclusively now. I hate AA.
