Face palm! Had my first ever at-fault vehicle accident today at school pick-up, and I wasnt even behind the wheel! What an idiot!!! Failed to engage hand brake AND left the transmission in neutral before walking into the school to grab Darcie from after school care. My car then proceeded to roll down the incline until it met with the towbar of the car parked in front, which became lodged in my radiator grill. I was oblivious until a few minutes later when I overheard somebody mention a car with Tassie number plates. Still cant believe I did something so stupid! Couldve been so much worse had there been no car in front, as the incline picked up just a few meters ahead. Car in front was undamaged, thankfully, and the owner was such a good sport, helping me unstick from his towbar, and going out of his way to make me like less of a f**knut. Thank you, and to you too Penny Baker for the moral support. I feel like Ive stepped over into geriatric driver territory. So, if youre in Jerra, and you see my car on the fly with nobody behind the wheel... Call me!
